| WP 0: PROJECT & QUALITY
MANAGEMENT |
| The successful and timely completion
of the various project activities as defined in this
proposal is an objective of utmost importance. In general,
they ensure that the project meets its objectives as
well as to guarantee and handle timely presentation
of deliverables, enforce high quality standards. |

| WP 1: PROJECT FRAMEWORK SPECIFICATIONS |
| The completion and reflection on the
pre-defined end user requirements will be conducted.
This will include e.g. framework conditions, relevant
quality indicators, relevant processes, etc... |

| WP 2: LIST OF DUTIES FOR TECHNICAL
& METHODOLOGICAL & PEDAGOGICAL ADAPTATIONS |
| To make sure that the relevant adaptations
for ETOs will be implemented. Therefore an exact list
of duties out of different point of views must be developed. |

| WP 3: CONTENT ADAPTATION & TOOL
IMPLEMENTATION FOR SELF-ASSESSMENT |
| To implement all required adaptations
and development to aim on SAETO software applications. |

| WP 4: DEVELOPMENT OF SELF-LEARNING
GUIDE FOR WEB-BASED TRAINING |
| To implement all required adaptations
and development to aim on SAETO multi media training
module. All training modules will be developed with
SCORM compatible software and will follow state-of-the-art
in pedagogical conception. |

| WP 5: IMPLEMENTATION, TESTING,
& INTERNAL VALIDATION OF SAETO |
| In this work package the prototype
of SAETO (software application & eLearning multi media
tools will be thoroughly tested by the ETO project partners.
The testing will be carried out as < training on the
job >. Given the complexity of the developed solution
this involves an application and tool training for the
ETOs respectively. The training- and test data as well
as the end user feed-back will be collected and analysed
in order to formulate improvement propositions for the
technical solution as well as for the overall approach
and methodology. |

| WP 6: PILOTING & FIELD TESTING
OF THE DEVELOPED SAETO SOLUTION |
| To run the pilots & field testing
within the project's ETO members The objective in this
work package is to collect the required improvement
potential through the overall SAETO system as well as
to work out possible input for the case study. |

| WP 7: EXTERNAL & INTERNAL EVALUATION
AND FINAL FINE TUNING OF SAETO |
| In this work package the prototype
of SAETO will be thoroughly evaluated by external end
user and the external expert panel. The testing through
the additional external end users will be carried out
as < training on the job > supported by the ETO organisations
within the partnership. Given the complexity of the
developed solution this involves an application and
tool training for the end user, as well as a training
of trainers of the ETO field testers. The training-
and test data as well as the user and expert panel feed-back
will be collected and analysed in order to formulate
improvement propositions for the technical solution
as well as for the overall approach and methodology
of SAETO. |

| WP 8: DISSEMINATION AND VALORISATION |
This work package deals with the dissemination
of the project's results and all preparations needed
for a successful exploitation of the developed solutions
and pursue the following main goals:
- Development of a joint and consistent exploitation
strategy of the partners
- Dissemination of the ongoing project status and
experiences
- Dissemination of the project results
- Acquiring potential customers, pilot users for
new regions and additional support net partners
- Developing a positioning option for the project
results
- Valorisation of the market entry positioning
